Oatmeal Recipe

 


Oatmeal is a healthy breakfast which is packed with nutrients and fibre. At the same time it is also delicious. Oats contain high amount of vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and fibre. Oats is a superfood that can be prepared within a few minutes. 


Servings:1 person

Preparation Time:5 minutes


Ingredients:-

1. 6 tablespoon of oats

2. 1½cup of milk

3. 2 tablespoon sugar

4. Raisins

5. Cashew nuts ( chopped) 

6. 1 banana


Method:-

1. In a sauce pan boil the milk on a medium flame for about a minute. 


2. Add sugar and oats and boil again for a minute. 


3. Now add the raisins and cashew and continue boiling it but now on a lower flame for about 2 minutes. 


4. Transfer it into a bowl. 


5. Add banana slices on the top.
