Bhindi Bhujiya Recipe

Ingredients:-
1. Lady Finger / Bhindi / Okra
2. 2 medium sized onion
3. 1 green chili
4. Cooking oil
5. 1 red chilli
6. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
7. 1 teaspoon jeera powder / cumin powder
8. ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
9. Salt to taste
Method:-
1. First of all wash and chop the onions, lady finger and green chili.
2. Heat a cauldron / kadhai and pour some oil.
3. After the oil is hot put the red chilli and let it flutter.
4. Now add the chopped green chili.
5. Now add the chopped lady finger. On a medium flame cook it for 5-6 minutes. Don't let it sit for a long time, saute it.
6. Now add the chopped onions.
7. Saute and cook it for 2 minutes.
8. Add : turmeric powder + jeera powder + red chilli powder.
9. Mix the spices evenly. Saute and cook for 2 more minutes.
10. Now add salt . Saute again.
11. Cook until the bhindis turn golden brown. Saute on regular intervals else it might burn.
