Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients:-

1. 1 medium sized tomato

2. ¾ of a cup of macaroni

3. Cooking oil

4. 1 chopped onion

5. Chilly flakes

6. Oregano

7. 1 teaspoon soy sauce

8. 3 teaspoon tomato sauce

9. 2 teaspoon green chilly sauce

10. Salt to taste


Method:-

1. Take some water in a pot and heat it. Add a pinch of salt. Put the tomato in it and let it boil for about 2-3 minutes on medium flame. 

You can boil it further until it gets soft. 



2. Put the boiled tomato in a grinder and grind it into a smooth paste. Keep it aside. 



3. Take 2 cups of water in a pan, add ½ teaspoon of salt and boil the macaroni. Keep checking them with a fork to get the desired softness of the macaroni. 



4. After boiling wash them under running tap water to remove the excess starch. 


5. In a pan heat some oil. 



6. Add the tomato paste and saute. Add salt and cook for sometime. 


7. In a different pan or clean the same pan and heat some oil and fry the onion. 


8. Once they're a little golden add the the tomato paste and saute. 


9. Now add : chilly flakes + oregano + soy sauce +  tomato sauce + green chilly sauce. Saute. 



10. Now add the macaroni and saute and cook for a minute.
