Rice Water DIY
Ingredients:
1. 1/4 cup of clean raw rice
2. Half cup of water
Methods:-
1. Rinse rice with clean (better filtered) water to remove dirt and other impurities
2. Place the rice in a bowl and pour it with water . Let the rice soak for 30 minutes. Swirl it around or lightly knead it until the water turns cloudy.
3. Strain out the rice water into a clean bowl.
4. Leave the rice water at room temperature for a day or two until it turns slightly sour and start to ferment.
