Veg Hakka Noodles Recipe

 



Ingredients:-

1. Noodles



2. Ching's Hakka Noodles Masala



3. Cooking oil

4. Salt

5. Half a finely chopped capsicum

6. One and a half finely chopped onions

7. One medium sized finely chopped tomato

8. Half a teaspoon soy sauce

9. 2 tablespoon green chili sauce

10. 3 tablespoon tomato sauce

11. One - third of a teaspoon vinegar

Method:-

1. Boil the noodles as per packet instructions and add half a teaspoon salt into the boiling water. 


2.  Once boiled drain the water and put it under running tap water to remove the extra starch. 


3. Take 1 tablespoon oil and evenly mix it into the noodles to prevent them from sticking. 


4. Heat a pan on medium flame. 


5. Add 1 tablespoon oil and add chopped capsicum+ tomato. 






6. Saute for few seconds then add chopped onions. Do not overcook. 


7. Now add some salt and black pepper powder. Mix them. 


8. Add soy sauce+ green chili sauce + vinegar + tomato sauce. 


9. Mix them well and add the hakka noodles masala. 


10. Mix and cook everything for a few seconds. 


11. Add the noodles and mix everything until the masala is evenly distributed into the noodles. 


12 . Delicious Hakka Noodles is ready.
