Pesto Chicken

 



PESTO CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS:- 


1. 1 & half chicken breast

2. 2 oz butter

3. 6oz pesto sauce

4. 1cup heavy cream

5. 8oz feta cheese

6. 1 bag fresh spinach 

7. 1 garlic clove


INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and fry in butter

3. Mix pesto , cream and garlic in bowl

4. Place half of pesto cream in the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer spinach and feta on top

5. Place chicken over spinach and top with rest of pesto cream

6. Bake for 20-30min

7. Ready


Notes:- Top casserole with mozzarella
