Paneer Handi
Ingredients:-
For Puree:
1. Edible oil 1tbsp
2. Garlic whole 15pcs
3. Ginger 5 to 6 small pcs
4. Cashew Nuts 10pcs
5. Chopped onion half piece
6. Chopped tomato 2 pcs
For Gravy:
1. Edible oil 3tbsp
2. Paneer 100gm
3. Kasuri methi 1tbsp
4. Onion 2 pcs small size
5. Capsicum 1pcs
6. Coriander 1tbsp
7. Turmeric powder 1tbsp
8. Chopped coriander 1tbsp
9. Lemon juice 1tbsp
10. Water half glass
11. Salt as required
12. Garam masala powder 1tbsp
13. Red chili powder 1tbsp
Procedure:-
For puree:
1. Heat a pan and add oil in it
2. Add garlic whole , ginger pcs , cashew and fry
3. Add chopped onion & tomato. Saute it till it turns brown.
4. Now grind the sauteed mix to make a puree
For Gravy:
1. Ass oil in a heated pan
2. Add pieces of paneer. Fry them till gets soft
3. Add kasuri methi and onion . Mix well and fry till gets brown.
4. Add capsicum and fry for 40 to 50 seconds on low flames
5. Add coriander, turmeric, red chili , garam masala powder and add salt and mix everything properly
6. Add puree and stir it . Now add paneer and mix
7. Add water and cook it for 1 min
8. Add lemon juice and sprinkle chopped coriander.
