Chilka Roti Recipe

Preparation Time :15 minutes


Ingredients:-

1. ½ cup rice

2. ½ teaspoon salt

3. Cooking oil


Method:-

1. Wash the rice thoroughly under running tap water. 

2. Soak the washed rice in 1 ½ water overnight. 

3. In the morning strain away the excess water and grind it into a smooth paste. 

4. Add salt into it and mix well. 

5. Heat a pan on medium flame and grease it with oil. 

6. Pour a ladle full of mixture and spread it evenly on the pan. 

7. Let it cook for around 2 minutes and then flip over the other side to get cooked. 

8. Serve it with ketchup, chutney or daal.
