Banana Milkshake
Banana milkshake is one of the key supplement you need to take if you're trying to put weight. But it can also lead to indigestion. So, if you're lactose intolerant you can substitute it with coconut or almond milk. Though I've used regular milk in this case.
Ingredients:-
1. A glass of milk
2. 5-6 peeled almonds
3. 2 dates
4. 2 bananas
5. Ice cubes ( optional)
6. A pinch of cinnamon powder
Method:-
1. Boil the milk and let it cool before using.
2. In a blender, add : almonds + dates + milk + cinnamon powder and blend them well. Blend them until there's a good frothy texture.
3. Now break the bananas and add them into the blender.
4. Blend it again. Until the bananas are evenly mixed.
5. Crush the ice cubes a little and put them in a glass . Further pour the milk shake into the glass.
6. You can also add a few crushed nuts and coconut scratches on the top.
