Paneer Chilli Recipe
Chilly - paneer is a popular Indo- Chinese cuisine. Chilly paneer can be made dry as well as with gravy, depending on your preferences and the type of food you want to consume it with.

Ingredients:-
11. Paneer ( cottage cheese) -250g
2. 3 slitted green chilly
3. 7-8 smashed garlic cloves
4. ½inch smashed ginger
5.1 large chopped capsicum
6. 1 large chopped onion
7. 3 tablespoon all purpose flour
8. Soya sauce
9. Green Chilly sauce
10. Tomato Sauce
11. Cooking oil
11. Salt to taste
12. Black pepper powder.
Method:-
1. Take a large bowl and add all purpose flour + water + salt and mix it well into a good consistency. The batter should neither be thick nor very watery.
2. Chop the cottage cheese into medium sized cubical pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan and dip the paneer cubes in the batter and fry them till golden brown.
4. When all the cubes are fried remove the remaining oil and use the same pan for chilly.
5. Add oil + garlic + ginger and saute for 6-7 second.
6. Then add onion and saute on high flame till it gets light brown. Now add green chilly and ½ teaspoon black pepper powder and stir fry for a minute.
7. Then add capsicum and stir fry for 30 second.
8. Then add one tablespoon soya sauce + 1 tablespoon green chilly sauce + 4 tablespoon tomato sauce +¼ cup water and mix well
9. Now add those fried cubes+ salt and cook on high flame for 30 second
It's ready to be served.
