Batik Cake Recipe
Not soft and not hard, it just feels mediocre
Batik cake;
π500g marie biscuits taste delicious coffee
* broken ready
π200g of margarine
π3 / 4 cups condensed milk (do not want to sweeten to 1/2 cup)
* Use a slow fire to melt the margarine with condensed milk
π1 / 2 cup cocoa powder
π1 cup milo powder
π1 / 2 cup hot water
π1 / 4st salt
* Add all the ingredients ☝️ mix well
π1 egg A or B
π1st emolco coffee / vanilla essence
* New input nie stir quickly until everything is well blended and slightly boiling
* turn off the last fire insert marie biscuits stir until all marie biscuits are coated
* Put in a 9x9 pan that has been lined with baking paper over each end to easily remove
* Press for compact entry in the refrigerator while preparing ganache
Method:-
π200g whipping cream
π200g of cooked chocolate
π1st esen vanilla
πA pinch of salt
Sm1sm margarine
* Double boil everything until the chocolate is melted and well blended, turn off the heat and wait for the cold to pour over the cake
* go into the fridge yesterday or until the ganache is really hard for the cantil when you want to cut it later
Tips;
* After pouring the ganache on the baking tin cake for the ganache to enter evenly
* Remove air bubbles on the surface of the ganache with a skewer to get a beautiful and smooth ganache surface later
* cover the surface of the cake with plastic wrap so that it does not touch water droplets
* Cut the cake using a knife soaked in hot water and wipe dry for a beautiful piece of cakeπ
