Tomato Garlic Chutney Recipe
The weather is perfect for hanging out with friends and family. And when friends and family gather, we have to have good food in the mix.
You can pair this with just anything you want- with a bowl of veggies, grilled toast, sandwiches, chappatis, paranthas.
The amazing thing is that this takes very little time and very few ingredients.
PREPARATION TIME: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS :-
1. 2 medium size ripe tomatoes
2. 1 small finely chopped green chilly
3. 2 medium size garlic cloves
4. 2 teaspoon mustard oil.
5. 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
6. Salt as per taste
METHOD :-
1. Wash the tomatoes and once dried coat them with a little oil. Make a little hole in both the tomatoes and insert garlic pods into them.
2. Switch on the gas and put a wire roaster on top of it.
3. Roast tomatoes from all sides till they are charred.
4. Remove them from the gas and let cool. Peel the skin nicely.
5. Mash tomatoes nicely with a masher or fork.
6. Mix every above mentioned ingredient. Add salt accordingly.
