Rich Chocolate brownie with Vanilla Ice-cream





INGREDIENTS:- 

  • 1*1L carton vanilla ice-cream
  • Butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
  • 200g unsalted butter
  • 200g Dark chocolate
  • 390g Demerara sugar
  • 75g plain flour
  • 35g Cocoa powder
  • 50g Self raising flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 85g chopped walnut
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence 

METHOD:- 

1. Transfer the ice-cream to a larga bowl , Use a large spoon to stir in the vanilla paste. Return and place the container for 2 hours in to freezer.

2. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius . Line thee base and sides with non stick baking powder.

3. Place the butter , chocolate and sugar in a saucepan with low heat. Cook and stir with metal spoon for 5 to 7min or until it chocolate melts and mixture becomes smooth. Transfer this mixture into another bowl.

4. Sift the combined flour and cocoa powder over the chocolate mixture and add eggs chopped walnut with vanilla essence and stir to combine.

5. Pour the mixture into prepared pan and bake for 50 to 60min. Let the pan to cool slightly. Cut into pieces and divide among serving plates . Top with scoop of ice-cream to serve and enjoy..
