Juice for Good Skin, Hair and Immunity

 Sharing this recipe of vegetable juice. This has improved my skin, hair, gut, haemoglobin, energy, concentration etc. 


If you just add this juice to your diet everyday, you're sorted. It's great for managing weight too! 



Ingredients:-

  1. One Amla
  2. One carrot ( peeled and chopped) 
  3. One -two beetroot ( peeled and chopped) 
  4. One bowl of chopped spinach
  5. One inch ginger
  6. Juice of half a lemon

Method:-
1. Add a little water into it. 
2. Blend it in a grinder. 
3. For taste you can add salt and black pepper powder.
